Les Orres, the former lead partner of the Smart Altitude project (2018–2021), is looking for one Austrian and one or two German partners to join its consortium in Priority 3.2 of the current Alpine Space call, for the NOVALTITUDE project. The project involves data-driven approaches to the energy transition in mountain tourism areas, including field data collection, analysis, valorisation and sharing at the local and regional levels. There will be a particular focus on energy and water management, as well as reducing the carbon footprint of tourism. We are looking for territorial development agencies and/or academic or technology companies that can deploy solutions in pilot territories.
NOVALTITUDE will build on the award-winning Smart Altitude project by expanding its scope to include other areas in addition to energy, and by facilitating the sharing of data on ecological transition support programmes between local communities and regional/alpine decision-making levels.
