I work as researcher at SUPSI – University of Applied Sciences and arts of southern Switzerland, Canton Ticino.

As hydrogeology group we manage the Cantonal groundwater network. My work focuses on:
– monitoring of groundwater physical parameters within river restoration and minimum flow release projects;
– applying signal analysis techniques to exctract quantitative information from groundwater data;
– groundwater modeling;
– assessing the thermal impact of shallow geothermal systems, understanding potential mutual interferences

I’m interested and skilled in applying signal analysis techniques to quantify relationships between groundwater and surface water, hydrogeological modeling, both analytical and numerical, shallow geothermal modeling, passive seismic techniques
