Ideazione srl is a consultancy company offering an innovative and engaging service to design, manage and implement participatory processes with the local community at different levels. Our approach aims to enhance ideas starting from the real needs of citizens, promoting an active and constructive dialogue between all actors involved in urban, territorial and social regeneration projects (public administrations, private actors, tourism operators and so on).

Through established participatory methodologies (Design Thinking, Scenario Workshops, Future Search Conferences, Open Space Technology, etc.), we facilitate the co-creation of solutions that meet the specific needs of the community and areas we work with. We take care of all stages of the process (territorial and stakeholders analysis, interviews, workshops and plenary meetings, public call to action, follow up) from planning to the engagement of actors to the identification of possible fundraising strategies for the practical realisation of the ideas that emerge.

Our main interest is to prefigure and achieve well-defined and specific objectives, assessing the impact of project actions on local economies and ecosystems, contributing as much as possible to long-term sustainable development.
Through the participatory processes we aim to implement, we are committed to building a sense of belonging and shared responsibility, fostering the empowerment of communities and the development of sustainable projects that improve the quality of life of citizens.
