was founded in 2000 as a consulting company to provide technical and consulting services to companies as well as state and local organizations who apply for projects, co-financed by European Union funds. We provide economic and procurement consulting services, strategic consulting and technical assistance, we overview the implementation of projects and collaborate on projects co-financed by European funds and European and international banks. We work with various public and private entities and institutions, on infrastructure and environmental projects with our main focus on water, wastewater, railway infrastructure and waste management sectors.
SL CONSULT consists of highly motivated group of professionals, specialised in financial and economic analysis, feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses, preparation of applications, preparation of needs analysis, public procurement experts (for procurement plans, implementation and tender evaluation). Our professionals have the know-how and experiences to provide the services in accordance with relevant standards and legislation. We build strong working relationships with clients and provide consultancy services during the preparation process as well as implementation.
We have worked on some of the biggest projects in the area and have specialised in various fields. Sl Consult has, in cooperation with leading design companies, participated in the implementation of large number of environmental projects co-financed by the EU funds (PHARE, IPA, ISPA, Cohesion fund, Structural funds).
