About | Social IT Software and Consulting is an Italian SME for the deployment and introduction of innovative ICT solutions for the management of social and health care services. The functionalities of our solutions include the management of the clinical and assessment data, as well as the management of the caregiver staff from an administrative point of view. Our mission is to help our clients obtaining the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness in the care delivery process, proposing ourselves as a valuable partner in the healthcare sector with integrated and cutting-edge IT solutions. Social IT has a young and dynamic Research and Innovation Area, which keeps developing expertise by participating to several projects, both at national and international level (E+, H2020). Social It has experience in H2020 projects as management support (being WP leaders) and technical partner, developing ICT solutions for people as they age (H2020 UNCAP, H2020 CAPTAIN). Of particular relevance is our current experiences in ongoing Erasmus+ project (INTENSE, WORK@BLE, E-ACTIVE), where we play the role of technical partners (plus coordinator of INTENSE project) to develop ICT tools in support of supporting fragile people (e.g., with intellectual disabilities, youngers affected by autism, elderlies with dementia, elderly with social isolation issues due to Covid-19 pandemic). Social IT, by participating to several EU projects, has acquired competences in software development, pilot coordination, impact assessment, ethics and security, dissemination and general management and project coordination activities. The Social IT business journey begins in 2011 with the aim of supporting different actors and stakeholders in the Health and Wellbeing sector, from medical and healthcare professionals to social workers, from young users to elderly citizens in need of care and support. |
