About

The European Research Institute (ERI) is a non-profit organization founded in Turin in 2011 that promotes research and experimentation for innovation in the scientific and social fields. Its main objectives are to improve the social, economic and cultural conditions of European citizens, to promote the integration into our society of people who come from other continents and of people who find themselves in situations of hardship, to support respect for the environment, the territory and all living beings.
ERI is committed to promoting social cohesion and equity, respect for fundamental rights and the promotion of cultural diversity, in order to create equal opportunities and combat discrimination. ERI also intends to promote competitiveness, research and sustainable development of production systems, in particular those related to the environment, energy and information and communication technologies. The institution is constantly looking for new tools for risk management, recovery and protection of biodiversity, natural heritage, urban, peri-urban and rural spaces. Currently, the association collaborates with public institutions, start-ups, and local companies, thanks to the contribution of over fifteen collaborators who make their specialized skills available, from design to communication, from administrative to operational management. ERI has also developed over five years of experience in European grant and project management.
In addition to the headquarters in Turin (a city in which there are two offices, one dedicated to grant writing and one to the implementation of projects), the institution has offices located in the regional level (Alessandria), national level (Lazio, Sardinia and Sicily) as well as its own branch active in Hungary.
