| About | Matteo Giacomo Prina is a senior researcher at Eurac Research’s Institute for Renewable Energy. He earned his PhD in energy engineering from a joint program between Eurac Research and Politecnico di Milano, focusing on renewable energy and bottom-up modelling. His expertise varies from the development of algorithms for energy system modelling to the analysis of high amount of data and visualization of them. He has been recognized with awards at the 4th SEE SDEWES Conference 2020 and the SES Conference 2020, and secured 2nd place at the EUREGIO Young Researcher Award. His academic output includes over 30 publications, with an H Index of 17 in the Scopus database. |
