| About | Hi, my name is Hagen Worch. I am head of the research field “Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Firm Growth” at the Institute for Management and Innovation (IMI) at FFHS Fernfachhochschule Schweiz (Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences). My background is in evolutionary economics and organizational studies. In recent years, I have mainly worked on innovation management, strategic adaptation and capacity building, and the development of skills in changing organizations. With an international research team, we are currently working on a project called “Building Innovative Business Models and Sustained Capabilities for Rapidly Transforming Electricity Sectors” funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation, which has a strong focus on capacity building in electricity utilities and municipalities. I also hold an honorary professorship at University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business. |
