About

The GIP-FTLV de l’Académie de Dijon, presided over by the Rector of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté academic region, is responsible for managing and implementing projects on behalf of all services within the Besançon Academy. The organization plays a key role in advancing lifelong learning, vocational training, and educational innovation at both regional and national levels.

Core activities and expertise
1. Training Development and Implementation
-Design and management of training engineering services, ensuring high-quality, flexible, and adaptive learning pathways.
-Delivery of modular training programs, offered in various formats, including synchronous, asynchronous, hybrid, and in-person learning (e.g., MoDIAL training).
-Coordination of regional academic programs supporting public policies in education and professional development.
-Management of apprenticeship mobility programs through the Franche-Comté Academic Apprenticeship Center (CFA).

2. Support for the GRETA-CFA Network
The GIP-FTLV provides strategic and operational support to the GRETA-CFA network, which delivers adult education and vocational training across the region. This includes:

Managing projects in response to public tender calls.
-Developing and implementing professionalization plans for trainers and educational staff.
-Coordinating training initiatives aimed at improving employability and lifelong learning.

3. Expertise in Key Educational Areas
a) Professionalization and Capacity Building
-Design and implementation of tailored training programs for educators and professionals within the academic region.
-Continuous professional development through modular, hybrid, and in-person courses.

b) Training Engineering and Technological Integration
-Development of adaptive learning programs incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, VR, AR, and 360° learning environments.

c) Inclusive Education and Accessibility
Creation of accessible learning pathways for individuals with disabilities, supported by a dedicated disability referent.

d) Sustainability in Education
-Commitment to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and implementation of sustainable practices in training delivery, led by a sustainability referent.

e) Social Inclusion and Employability
-Coordination of the Dispositif en Amont de la Qualification (DAQ), a regional public service initiative aimed at supporting vulnerable job seekers with personalized, skills-based training pathways to improve their qualifications and employability.

-Leveraging the GRETA-CFA network to scale training programs, ensuring accessibility and impact for learners furthest from employment.
