Bonjour Karine,
Je suis Marco Calvi de Certottica, Institut italien pour la certification des produits optiques et des équipements de protection individuelle. Mon francais est rouillè, so I switch to english. We’ve already a small project here in Italy (Northern east Italy) in which we’re evaluating the use of smart glasses to support the non-medical personnel during the out-of-hospital emergency and emergency medicine interventions in the mountain area. The smart glasses should support the personell in the communication with the operational centre (example: the doctor can see the patient and could help the non-medical personnel to carry out first aid). This arises from the need to fill the shortage of the medical personnel, that can’t go out to do the interventions.
We would like to replicate the project on the Alpine region, not only with the hospital personnel, but also with the Alpine rescue staff and with the volunteers.
